Thabile’s vision is to equip young ladies with skills, confidence and practical insight that will allow them to flourish and become trailblazers in their communities.
Many of the students that come from underdeveloped areas such as uMbumbulu, lack the social interactive skills which have proven to be a big contributor to employers’ needs. Basic education in these underdeveloped areas contributes very little focus to the development of the youths’ social confidence.
With this observation, Izimbali Zesizwe was developed as an initiative spearheaded by the Vulindlela Holdings team. The focus is to benefit students far beyond basic education and make them attractive candidates for their chosen profession, being more employable than kids from some of the top South African schools.
